Here are the three most frequently asked questions(Warranty, Return and Refund).
1. WHAT IS YOUR WARANTTY POLICY?
enSkate offers a 6 months' warranty to the skateboard itself and 3 months' warranty to parts and accessories (consumables, like the battery, motor, ESC).
DETAILS ANNOUNCEMENT:
  7 days after the date delivered:
1. Quality issues about the e-skateboard, buyers may be offered a full refund or provided with a new e-board.
2. Quality issues about the parts and accessories, enSkate will provide free skateboard parts and accessories and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
  3 months after the date delivered:
1. Quality issues about the e-skateboard, enSkate will assist buyers to repair the skateboard and provide free parts and accessories, such as motors, batteries, remote controller.
2. Quality issues about the parts and accessories, enSkate will provide the relative skateboard parts and accessories freely, and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
  Over 3 months and within 6 months:
1. Quality issues about the e-skateboard, enSkate will assist buyers to repair the skateboard. If there are parts or accessories (except the battery, motor, ESC) broken and need replace, enSkate will provide free skateboard parts and accessories and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
2. Quality issues about the parts and accessories(like the battery, motor, ESC), buyers should buy these and repair the skateboard under the assistance of our technical worker, enSkate will provide a 30% discount.
How to Process a Return or Refund:
● Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, such as order ID.
● It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
● Buyers must provide sufficient proof of the quality problems about the skateboard or the accessories.
● Once the request is approved, the refund will be handled within 7 working days, and the resend parts and accessories will be shipped within 7days. For technical support, there 
The warranty is not eligible for any malfunction caused by misuse, such as doing difficult trucks on e-sakteboard, drops, and accidents.
This limited warranty only applies to skateboards purchased directly from enSkate or from an enSkate authorized reseller.
2. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unused products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 7 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
enSkate would not accept any return request of used e-skateboards or accessories.For any quality issues, please check enSkate Warranty Policy.
What condition meet with a return policy:
● Return skateboard must be in completely new condition
● Returns must include all accessories which are completely new
● Items must include original packaging which is completely new
● For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
● For non-quality related warranty claims, enSkate refunds the cost of the product itself
● Returns will be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
NOTE: No matter for any reason, enSkate doesn't accept any return request for orders beyond 7 days.

3. WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Only the new skateboard meet with:
1. Received within 7 days after delivery
2. In completely new condition
is eligible for a  refund.
Please keep with all accessories in the original package if you want to apply for a refund. Returns and Refunds can take up to 1-4 weeks but typically are resolved much sooner. Once we receive your items, we will notify you if your request has been approved or denied. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will then be processed through your original payment method within 7 business days. The customer has to pay for the return shipping cost, no shipping fee will be refunded.
