Shipping policy

We ship our products worldwide! All the orders will be handled within 1-2 working days and send out the goods in order of orde successively.

At present, we offer free shipping for the USA and Japan orders. ETA 2-5 business days to the US and Japanese addresses from our local warehouse. We will set up local warehouses in Europe and Australia in the coming future to provide the quick and best order service.

Oversized items may result in additional shipping costs. This is dependent on your shipping location and you will be notified after purchase. Contact us ahead of time if you want full shipping costs.

Tracking Numbers – A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times – Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping option. The day the item is shipped does not count as a shipping date.

Change of Shipping Address - Customer is held liable for the confirmation of a change for their original shipping address. Change of address has to be confirmed on the system. If the shipping address did not change and is shipped to a previous address, the customer will need to retrieve the package. For a re-shipment, the shipping cost will need to be paid again.

Incorrect Shipping Address - enSkate is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. USPS shipments are unable to change or make modifications to the shipping address when in route. The customer is held liable for orders being shipped to an incorrect address. For a re-shipment, the shipping cost will need to be paid again.
