Unused products have a 7-days return-and-refund policy. All the request must be submit within 7 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
enSkate would not accept any return request of used e-skateboards or accessories.For any quality issues, please check enSkateWarranty Policy.
What condition meet with a return policy:
Return skateboard must be in completely new condition
Returns must include all accessories which are completely new
Items must include original packaging which is completely new
For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
For non-quality related warranty claims, enSkate refunds the cost of the product itself
Returns will be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
NOTE: enSkate won't accept any return request of orders beyond 7 days.
Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, such as order ID.
Buyers are supposed to help providing the true proofing of product condition including the packing box, accessories, and the board. It's best to send quality photos and videos.
It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
Once the request is approved, the refund will be handled within 7 working days.

From there a Customer Care representative will contact you with the return authorization. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees (including any fees with international shipments). Please make sure to contact our Customer Service team prior to shipping back any items.
All items must be in brand new condition (unused, unridden) to be eligible for a return. If an item is received back to our warehouse and is deemed to be used, we will notify you via email and return the goods back to you.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed once the item is delivered back to us. We will process the refund back to the payment information you supplied to purchase your order.
We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item (different size/color/model, etc.) you will need to cancel or return the initial order and place a new order.
All the USA and Japan orders could be returned to our local warehouse, buyers from the other countries have to send back the skateboard to China, and the return shipping fee is paid by buyers' side.
enSkate offers a 6 months' warranty to the skateboard itself and 3 months' warranty to parts and accessories (consumables, like the battery, motor, ESC).
7 days after the date delivered:
1. Quality issues about the e-skateboard, buyers may be offered a full refund or provided with a new e-board.
2. Quality issues about the parts and accessories, enSkate will provide free skateboard parts and accessories and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
3 months after the date delivered:
1. Quality issues about the e-skateboard, enSkate will assist buyers to repair the skateboard and provide free parts and accessories, such as motors, batteries, remote controller.
2. Quality issues about the parts and accessories, enSkate will provide the relative skateboard parts and accessories freely, and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
Over 3 months and within 6 months:
1. Quality issues about the e-skateboard, enSkate will assist buyers to repair the skateboard. If there are parts or accessories (except the battery, motor, ESC) broken and need replace, enSkate will provide free skateboard parts and accessories and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
2. Quality issues about the parts and accessories(like the battery, motor, ESC), buyers should buy these and repair the skateboard under the assistance of our technical worker, enSkate will provide a 30% discount.

The warranty is not eligible for any malfunction caused by misuse, such as doing difficult trucks on e-sakteboard, drops, and accidents. This limited warranty only applies to skateboards purchased directly from enSkate or from an enSkate authorized reseller.
I've waited a few weeks after delivery to write this review, because I wanted to make sure that the board would continue to hold up under use, and I couldn't be happier! This is WAY more powerful and muscular than my other, single-motor board. So far it's been reliable, and it's super fast and powerful. I'm amazed at its ability to go up the fairly steep hills we have here in parts of Tokyo. This is an absolutely first-rate board, and I can confidently recommend it to anyone who's into electric boarding. I use it both recreationally and to help me commute from train stations to the schools I teach at in the hinterlands of the greater Tokyo area.

I really like it ... the advantage of the r3 is its excellent uphill ability even I used to pull a friend on a bike ride..good battery life along with that is easy to balance .. the brakes on the r3 are also very safe of course with a bit of a compromise as the k-wheel moves well on rough terrain..that would be nice if it could be replaced by the off-road wheel.
Very smooth with long range. I rode for an hour and it uses only half of the battery. My friend learned to ride on my longboard very quickly, good for beginners as well I think, so much fun!
